Currently, one can fill an XY serie to the bottom of the whole chart.
In some circumstances, it would be desirable to fill to the bottom of the Y-axis (when this axis does not extend to the whole chart height).

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
