Screenshot without border

For years, the argument for having wide window borders was that it would be fiddly to resize windows by grabbing the window border.

With the new virtual window border for resizing this reason fell away and the border was made a subdued 1px line.

I think this could be made 0px, which lets windows with a diverging background color look clean and attractive.
