The "IMMEDIATE" value for this enum is deprecated--see http://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/gtk3-Standard-Enumerations.html#GtkResizeMode.

I'm not sure whether you can mark specific enum values (rather than entire enums) as deprecated in Vala. But if you can, this enum value should be marked as deprecated.
