actually resize the window with it...

(Note to reproduce the drawing bug, you need to try resizing the
app main window demo in gtk-demo)

We aren't responsible for window manager bugs. The resize handle
should work unless the window manager says it supports the
"BEGIN_RESIZE" message but doens't.

This seems to be fixed already.

Can't reproduce it any more myself (though I could when the
bug was filed.) Don't know what would have caused it to go
away but...
