Basic automaton shapes

Having some basic shapes for automata is very handy for computer scientists. I used the attached package bellow a lot while I did my thesis.
Comment 1 André Klapper 2012-05-28 07:08:31 UTC
The zip file contains several duplicated files (ending with the tilde ~ character)...
Comment 2 Minh, Lê Ngọc 2012-05-28 07:35:21 UTC
Please skip those files ending with tilde, they are temporary files of Ubuntu's text editor and should be hidden on Linux machines.
Comment 3 Steffen Macke 2012-05-28 10:40:52 UTC
Thanks a lot! Could you also provide a sample diagram that illustrates the use of these shapes?

A sample diagram using automaton shapes

This is one of my diagrams.
Comment 5 Steffen Macke 2012-05-29 21:17:29 UTC
Thanks again. I've updated the shapes a little bit and added them to dia-shapes:

http://dia-installer.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=dia-installer/dia-additional-shapes;a=summary

The shapes are also available from

http://dia-installer.de/shapes/Automata/index.html

and can be installed using Diashapes.

Considered fixed although not part of the default distribution.
