If an Intuos4 device is plugged in when the panel is already open, the Map Button appears but the button list is empty. Going back to the main control-center panel and then restarting the wacom panel shows the proper list of buttons

Works fine in master, but not in F16, and it makes gnome-settings-daemon crash too.

F17 even.

The patch in bug 672691 fixes it for the F17 code.

Cherry-picked onto gnome-3-4.
