Description Shawn Landden 2012-05-21 20:05:47 UTC
Like perhaps some sort of icon next to the email addresses in the To: CC: etc, that indicate those recipients will receive the message encrypted. (will evolution encrypt to only some recipients?--just a clarification that this bug requires)

Now sure how such an icon would be implemented, technically from a gtk+ standpoint.
Comment 1 Shawn Landden 2012-05-21 20:07:59 UTC
For the signing part, maybe combine with the other "signature" feature??? (pre-composed footers)--this might increase confusion. The Signatures that mean cryptographic signature could have an icon inside the drop-down, to the left of their name (justify all right so names line up).
Comment 2 Matthew Barnes 2012-05-21 20:10:48 UTC
Perhaps something like bug #559256?
Comment 3 Shawn Landden 2012-05-21 20:25:14 UTC
I can't but agree with other commenter on bug #559256 that that solution clutters the interface a bit too much, however your concern is the same as my own.
