To reproduce:
1. Try to use GeglGtkView to display the output of a GeglNode with a rotation applied

Expected outcome:
API is available to set and get the rotation of the view.
gegl_gtk_view_{get,set}_rotation

Actual outcome:
No API available to set rotation
