Description William Jon McCann 2012-05-08 16:50:41 UTC
I think it would be better, cleaner, and prettier to just use an identifier in the left pane.

The point of the list is to browse to a known contact. Having more information there is counter productive. Having a mix of useless and high signal icons there causes a bit of a problem because we are trained to look at icons. Having status there is just extra noise. All of these increase the height of items and make me do more work to find what I need.

I think we should just use:

 * Name, or
 * Company, or
 * Chat id, or
 * email, or
 * phone, or
 * street number and name
