Add support in gnome-common for automake 1.12.

GNU automake 1.12 was just released a few days ago. The attached patch allows gnome-autogen.sh to detect the new version.

I'm not sure what you mean? I'm not a GNOME developer and do not have commit access to the GNOME git repos.
