Patch to use maximum speed.

Dear developers,

Due to speed=2 doesn't work well on my EeePC which uses Atom CPU on Debian. I've tried to discuss any possible solutions on mailing list. The thread is as following.

Base on Oleksij's idea, I've wrote a patch which set the speed property by it's maximum value. The patch is based on latest git master and as an attachment.

Please review this patch.

I added code to Cheese to use the ‘Profile Realtime’ preset for vp8enc, in commit e7f9908166b64c6755437b825eb010806c043d21. You can override this locally by adding the preset to ~/.gstreamer-0.10/presets:
