Description William Jon McCann 2012-04-24 19:20:26 UTC
If I set keep on top for a window that is then maximized I have no way to switch to other windows.

1. set keep on top on an unmaximized window
2. maximize window
3. try to switch to anything else
4. you can't

We should make the maximized state make the keep on top property inert.
