Add GTK_STYLE_CLASS_DIM_LABEL

The "dim-label" CSS class is used by applications to show dimmed labels. Add a #define for it.

Review of attachment 212422 [details] [review]: Would be nice to have some guidance there for when it is right to use this class. I would say 'dimmed labels' instead of 'dim labels', maybe. Other than that, looks fine

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
