Patch for gnome shell

When org.gnome.desktop.lockdown.disable-save-to-disk key is true, user cannot save screenshots and other files so it would be natural to not let save a screencast, especially since it can fill up a lot of space.

I have made a simple patch, that makes screen recorder honour the lockdown key.

Totally forgot that since I reported the bug I got git write access. I will commit it myself.

This problem has been fixed in the development version.
