I tried playing a podcast through my external sound card and I get the following gstreamer error when setting the pipeline:


~ $ gst-launch-0.10 playbin2 uri=file:///home/hrvoje/Downloads/moth.mp3 audio-sink="audioconvert ! audioresample ! rgvolume ! volume ! level ! volume ! equalizer-10bands ! rglimiter ! audioresample ! alsasink device=hw:0,0"

It looks like the rate is not converted properly, can someone please check that?

What's the output of

  $ gst-inspect-0.10 alsasink | grep Version

?

I believe this should be fixed in the latest gst-plugins-base release (0.10.36)

it's version 0.10.32

I had a similar issue before with a 88200 Hz file, and that got resolved...does the same fix address this issue (24000 Hz) as well?
