Description mail6543210 2012-03-16 12:36:38 UTC
Background:
I want to cross-compile libxslt on Linux(--build) for Windows(--host).
So I need to build libxml2, libgcrypt's Win32 Binary in advanced(Already done).

Main Part:
after building the dependencies, I can use "--with-libxml-prefix=$HOME/win32/libxml" to assign the path of libxml2(win32) to the configure script.
However, the argument "--with-crypto" only accepts "on" as a switch, it cannot get the path to libgcrypt I assigned.

This only need minor changes in the autoconf file, I guessed??

Sorry for my poor English, if you cannot understand, please let me know.

Thank you!!

My environment is Ubuntu(Linux), WindowsXP, using MinGW toolchain under Ubuntu.
Comment 2 mail6543210 2012-03-16 13:59:57 UTC
Now I can only use the environment variable to do it:
PATH=$PATH:$HOME/win32/libgcrypt CFLAGS="-I$HOME/win32/libgcrypt/include" LDFLAGS="$HOME/win32/libgcrypt/lib" ./configure....
Comment 3 GNOME Infrastructure Team 2021-07-05 10:59:46 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxslt/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
