Description spiffyfrodo 2012-02-28 02:10:53 UTC
I'm running 10.04 LTS i386, but has been repeated on 11.10 unity

If one goes into a folder in nautilus: say home/user/Documents/aaa/bbb then clicks on aaa you still see the history of nautilus showing bbb on the top. Which is to be expected.

However, while you're in aaa with bbb as an option on the location bar (top), you have the choice to middle click another folder within the window (below the location bar), thus opening a new tab. Lets call it ccc. Now you have two tabs open: Tab 1 is folder aaa and Tab 2 is folder ccc

Expected results

Tab1: AAA > bbb and Tab2: aaa > CCC (where capitals = location)

Actual results

Tab1: AAA > ccc and Tab2: aaa > CCC

A minor bug but still a slight inconvenience. I made a bug report at launchpad: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/942264 and was told to post here as well.
