Description lainme993 2012-02-06 09:55:42 UTC
I try to print a file to PDF using File->Print, and

* In "General" tab, select print to file

* In "Page Setup" tab, change orientation to landscape.

But the resulting pdf file is still in portrait mode. Other orientation doesn't work either. Only portrait is got.

The original file is in landscape. And when printint to ps, there are no problems.

Which distribution is this about?

I am using Archlinux, But this is also found on Ubuntu, see the link

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/912119

The evince version is also 3.2.1(same to me)

This caused by a gtk bug:

Comment 4 Germán Poo-Caamaño 2013-02-17 10:31:20 UTC
This seems fixed as the bug in gtk+ was fixed. At least it works with documents in landscape.

Please, re-open if you still can reproduce the bug and add more information.
