backport of 147cb3d9 for the 0.14 branch

Vala-0.15.1 added cogl-pango-1.0 bindings (commit 147cb3d9). Please also add them to the 0.14 branch; they are needed for building libchamplain-0.12.x's vala support with a stable version of vapigen (see bug #669378).

A backport of the patch for the 0.14 branch is attached.

Thanks for the patch. As a workaround you can copy&paste the vapi in your project.
