gnome-shell-3.2.0-2.fc16.x86_64

I launched an application and pressed Alt-Tab to switch to another app, and then again. While Alt-Tab was still pressed, the main window of the newly launched application appeared as "ready" (through a notification). The Alt-Tab list wasn't updated though.
