This patch adds a missing "(array)" annotation to said function.

I forgot that "(array)" doesn't imply zero-terminated=1, so here's a better
patch.

No answer for half a year and this is an obviously correct and trivial patch. Not a gdk-pixbuf maintainer as well, but I am the pygobject maintainer and am allowed to push annotation fixes to Gtk and GLib, so I pushed it, and take the bullets for this. Thanks!
