Description Sara Fauzia 2012-01-23 15:16:45 UTC
When pressing the bar key ("|"), a keypress for the less than key ("<") is instead generated. This is a big usability issue, as I no longer can access the bar key from the touchscreen keyboard (and my computer does not have a physical keyboard). The bar key is displayed on the keyboard, but pressing it types "<" instead of "|".

I'm running caribou 0.4.1 in gnome-shell 3.2.2.1 in ArchLinux, linux kernel version 3.2.1.

It isn't a problem with my keyboard mappings, because even removing my ~/.Xmodmap does not fix the issue, and my wireless physical keyboard can press the "|" key just fine.
