Nautilus will crash with indiciationi using orca as stated  in summary.
It can happen on a varity of situations.
delete file/folders
refresh folder
move back a folder
only keyboard input has been tested as I do not use the mouse.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.
Can you get us a stack trace? Please see https://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces/Details#gdb-already-running for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!
