Description Phillip Susi 2012-01-09 03:53:55 UTC
device-mapper devices are listed as having a dev name of /dev/dm-0, etc, rather than their canonical name, /dev/mapper/foo. This affects both LVM and dmraid.
Comment 1 David Zeuthen (not reading bugmail) 2012-11-15 17:47:54 UTC
As of gnome-disk-utility 3.4 everything was rewritten to use udisks2 and GDBus. FWIW, in the current version, we're using "nicer" names for device-mapper devices.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
