Like it or not, there are people who wish to use Evolution for Contacts and Calendar, but prefer to use another Mailer.
Currently, these people need to fill the first-start-wizard with bogus mail information, which is not straightforward. The wizard should offer to skip this like "Do not use Evolution for Mail", like MS Outl**k does.
