Mallard documentation for four-in-a-row

Added Mallard documentation.

9 pages have been made:
appearance.page
basics.page
choose-opponent.page
controls-change.page
controls-default.page
index.page
make-easy.page
scores.page
sound-animation.page

Removed trailing white spaces, made the text 80 characters compliant.

Added logo.png to help/C/figures

Edited help/Makefile.am

I have merged the user-help branch with master and deleted the branch.

Can someone please mark this bug as FIXED RESOLVED and close it, since I don't have the permissions to do that? :)
