broken transparency/opacity screenshot from notification-daemon on powerpc

Originally reported at: http://bugs.debian.org/645578

I'm attaching a screenshot of a notification-daemon popup on this
powerpc system running notification-daemon 0.7.3 on debian.

Note how the alpha/opacity channel seems to be sort of mirror-imaged
of where you'd expect it to be opaque or transparent along the edges
of the popup window.

I would guess that this is some kind of endianness issue.

Mass-fixing incorrect assignee and QA contact scheme for notification-daemon so interested people can follow its development. (See 606364#c1 for ref.)

Do you have same problem in newer versions? 3.16, 3.18?
Comment 3 Daniel Kahn Gillmor 2015-10-12 19:35:31 UTC
Sorry, i don't have easy access to the powerpc machine i reported this on, so i don't know whether it's an issue with 3.16 or 3.18 right now. If i get a chance to look at it i will do so and report back, but i dont know when that would be.
