Commit 89ad8bda233cb69608570471a18bc3c42d28db28 added that header unconditionally

Fix is to protect with HAVE_WAIT_H or disable building glib/tests/mainloop when sys/wait.h is not available.

Remove unnecessary includes

These were meant for some other test that ended up not getting
added. This fixes bug 664559.
