>Description:
Using any method to attempt to start the 
gnome-help-browser on just installed system
produces a popup which says 
`Application "gnome-help-browser" (process nnn)
has crashed due to a fatal error (Segmentation
Fault)'

It also has a url to get to this page.

A frame is created for the browser but it is dead.



>How-To-Repeat:
I can repeat it with the panel at the top
Programs -> Help system.

I can repeat it with the panel at the bottom (?)

I can repeat it with middle-mouse on root window's
menu.

What version of libpng do you have?

Please upgrade to the latest gnome-core, I think you will find this
problem has been fixed.
