Dialogue which does not react on enter key

The New Mobile Broadband Connection dialogue allows you to select a country. You can even type the country's name and it will select the appropriate country for you. It does not, however, react on "Enter" to "continue" with the dialogue. Thus making me find and use the mouse to click "continue". 
I would have expected to be able to just hit "enter" once the correct country has been selected.
