Hi Team.

You are making software very good. You should be proud of it :)

As a simple user, I have only one note, which could be very helpful to other people in case of L10n, not only for GIMP, it is a great piece of virtual tool anyway. 
  "LANGUAGE", "ENGLISH" would be suitable to be at the bottom of the help menu, an option to change interface language. 
   At first, it's not easy to change GIMP's language if you change your localization (in MS Windows).
