sample file

in the sample file C4 and C5 both appear to have a centered vertical line. C4 contains just that vertical line while C5 contains a string of 10 spaces a vertical line and 10 spaces. Everything is okay at this time.

Now delete the content of B6. It would be expected that the lines in C4 and C5 would continue to be lined up but they are not. The same happens if we delete the content of D5 or the content of both B5 and D5.

Clearly there is some problem with the way we determine the center of the cell.
