The move-window-to-viewport-and-move-viewport function only moves the
relevant window, but not its transients or its group.  It should probably
follow the user-raise-type variable from the configuration; see
wm/util/stacking.jl:raise-window* for reference.

I don't think it should move the group. Moving transients could be useful

viewports are officially unsupported now

(though the code still lives on)
