I think the 'tray' key is a little hard to understand. It may be more obvious that it is a 'special' key if it had an icon instead of text. Or we could could look at showing something else altogether, like a little clickable thing at the place where the hot corner would be, if it had moved up with the tray.

I don't see a reason for the tray button. The on-screen keyboard should only be displayed when you have a need to type. You can simply close the keyboard and then use the normal method to open the tray.
