Description Philip Withnall 2011-09-16 20:52:48 UTC
In the Google Contacts address book backend, we currently warn if we receive a vCard from Evolution with an unsupported/unrecognised TYPE value. Instead, it would be better if we fell back to storing it in the X-GOOGLE-LABEL for that vCard attribute.

Not particularly high priority, since I wouldn't expect clients to use non-standard TYPE values. Still, it would be nice to have.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution-data-server/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
