Package: empathy 3.1.91-0ubuntu1
Comment 2 Guillaume Desmottes 2011-09-09 09:20:59 UTC
Looks like a memory corruption bug; any chance you could reproduce with valgrind?
Comment 3 Xavier Claessens 2011-09-09 12:17:16 UTC
Got the same, to reproduce I just have to start empathy, close main window and wait. I've run it under valgrind but I can't reproduce so far... Memory corruption are weird beasts :(

valgrind logs

Got it crash under valgrind, lots of invalid reads...
Comment 5 Guillaume Desmottes 2011-09-09 13:10:57 UTC
Could be a side effect of bug #658650 let's fix this one first.
Comment 6 Guillaume Desmottes 2012-09-13 09:24:50 UTC
Closing as this bug was with an old version of Empathy. Please re-open if
you can reproduce with 3.5/3.6.
