Gnome panel crashes immediately after logging in.
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Package: gnome-core Severity: major Version: 1.4.0.4 Synopsis: Gnome panel crashes immediately after logging in. Bugzilla-Product: gnome-core Bugzilla-Component: panel Description: As soon as I start a session on my RedHat 7.2 box, Gnome panel crashes. If I log out and log back in, I can reproduce the problem. After panel crashes, I can always create a new terminal session, and manually start panel, which displays several errors, but starts up anyways. I control-C after starting panel (not in the background), at which point Gnome successfully and automatically starts up another panel for me.
