To reproduce:
1. Ensure you're not on a laptop or anything
2. Start system settings
3. Click Power
   -- height of screen *drastically* decreases
4. Click All Settings
   -- height of screen still the same

After 4 the screen is high enough to only show 1 icon + icon name on the screen. Because there is a category in front of that, you actually cannot even see the icons.

Height should be reset I guess.
