99% of people using the control center are going to know what a wacom is.

All the other items have common easy to understand names that are easily understood, like "Screen" and "Power".

I'm no wordsmith, but what about:

Wacom Graphics Tablet
Graphics Tablet
Interactive Pen Tablet
Pen and Touch Tablet

I'm fine with that one. There are technical reasons we want Wacom in the name (the driver behaves very differently to tablets that use evdev).

Graphics Tablet

Too generic, some tablets are recognised by evdev and behave differently - none of the options would apply.

Interactive Pen Tablet

There are non-pen graphics tablets out there, don't think this suits well.

Pen and Touch Tablet

Wacom has a product called Bamboo Pen and Touch, this name would cause confusion.
