Debug trace

EWS + Exchange 2010

1. Go to calendar view
2. Right click on an event (either a meeting or an appointment)
3. Select Forward as ical
4. Enter valid recipients in To/Cc
5. Click enter
6. Message will stuck in outbox and evolution will show an error 'One or more recipients are invalid'

But if i try to send txt mail to same recipients, evolution will send without any error.

happpens in file backend, not EWS bug.
Comment 2 David Woodhouse 2011-08-03 11:00:53 UTC
Can you show the full contents (specifically the recipients) of the message in the outbox?
Comment 3 Akhil Laddha 2011-08-03 11:27:40 UTC
I see message content (recipients as well) in outbox but only after restarting evolution.
Comment 4 Milan Crha 2013-08-15 20:30:49 UTC
Still reproducible in pre-3.9.90.

ews patch

for evolution-ews;

It seems the server checks recipients from MIME headers with attendees in the component, unless the list of recipients is provided with the XML request. This patch adds the XML elements with respective recipients, which is eventually merged with those in MIME headers.

Created commit 6f36ce6 in ews master (3.9.90+)
