Evolution prompts to enter the password, although the server is unavailable.

"Unable to authenticate to IMAP server. 
 Server unavailable. 15

 Please enter the IMAP password for <account> on host <host>"

It is IMAP+.

Actual results:
Connection to server fails, evolution tries to reconnect every x minutes.

Expected results: 
Connection to server fails, evolution prompts for password every time you click
'ok' and the connection is not re-established.

Closing as OBSOLETE since the new authentication API in 3.6 should have addressed this.
