Displays a clickable certificate. UI design would be so that it shows more certificate details and actions when you click on it.

As far as I know, there hasn't been any request for this type of button since this bug was made (almost 10 years ago). Let's be a bit pragmatic and close this issue. If need be, an issue can still be opened at gcr's GitLab issue tracker
