Update comment about the pipeline used

Commit c6baee26 switch the recorder's output to webm but the comment for the default pipeline wasn't updated. The attached patch updates the comment.

Yeah the comment is outdated, it is probably worth it to investigate whether videorate is needed at all for webm/vp8. (As the comment says it was added due to specific shortcomings in the theora encoder).

This is a really easy fix. drago01, did you ever investigate whether videorate was needed?
