Description Guillaume Desmottes 2011-06-16 11:39:29 UTC
In order to offer a proper IM experience without having Empathy running (bug #652716), the Shell should display notifications when an IM account fails to connect.

We should be carreful not duplicating those with GOA auth errors notifications.
