We have an audible alert when taking a screenshot. It would be nice to have a visual one as well for when the sound is muted or unavailable.

Maybe could use the same stuff as the a11y visual bell...

And when you screenshot only a window it might be nice to only visually flash the window.

Flash the area of the screen that is captured

This is really useful to indicate that something happened when
audio effects are disabled and to give feedback on what area
was captured.

Great stuff, thanks! I made the flash duration a bit shorter and pushed to master, with a few cleanups.
