Broken screenshot after suspending

nvidia 270.41.06 from rpmfusion. I have a fermi-based GTS 450, so nouveau isn't a viable option at this point.

It's probably either a memory stomp or a driver bug. The textures for the background were at first: the Firefox Window contents, then the texture for the Emapthy tray icon X11 window, then this.

Additionally, the first screenshot I took looked extremely incorrect: instead of having a proper render of the overview, it looked like a bunch of blue rectangles... possibly the stage color peeking through?

It's probably a driver bug, but if there's any help or diagnostics to know for sure, I'd be willing.
