I get this in the terminal when opening certain docbook documents in yelp 3.0:

/usr/share/gnome/help/internet/C/modem.xml:12: I/O warning : failed to load external entity "file:///home/shaunm/Projects/yelp/data/dtd/docbookx.dtd"
