I'm not sure if this is a gnome-shell related thing, and probably isn't new but the report seems appropriate to me.

What happens is what you can see in the screenshot. I right-clicked an element in Eclipse and the context-menu failed to appear completely inside the visible workspace, below the top bar. The offset for the screen should maybe include the top bar.
