This makes mutter apply the right modal style to the dialogs, like for
other GNOME 3 applications.

Thanks, some of this is already covered in #645659.

I assume that this isn't worth a freeze-break so I will apply it after the release.

I applied the second patch and reused the code from #645659 for the other one (actually the were pretty similar).
