Each time I click on a link, the Shell display a notification telling me the page I requested is ready. If I click right away on this notification I end up on a page still loading which is, obvioulsy, not ready yet.

That's really counter-intuitive and makes the notification useless and annoying.

I don't think this is separate from 623395; the bug is that we're claiming that apps are "ready" just because they have opened a window, when in fact they aren't. This is just one manifestation of that.
